Australian Salary Calculator
Turn an annual salary into weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual take-home pay - and see your employer super on top.
Short answer
This calculator converts an annual salary into weekly, fortnightly and monthly take-home pay after PAYG tax, the 2% Medicare levy and any HELP/STSL repayment. Employer super of 12% is added on top unless the offer says including super, in which case divide the package by 1.12 to find your cash salary.

Salary plus super vs including super
Most Australian jobs quote salary plus super, so 12% is added on top. Some quote including super, which lowers your cash salary. Use the salary package calculator to compare both.
Converting between pay frequencies
Annual divides by 52 for weekly, 26 for fortnightly and 12 for monthly. Because tax is progressive, multiplying a single weekly payslip by 52 is only an approximation of your annual position.
